Spotlight Sports Group teams up with Svenska Spel for Winter Olympics

Global technology, content, and media company Spotlight Sports Group announced a new partnership this week with Svenska Spel. The two will work together to create a Winter Olympics microsite in the Swedish language.

New Site Details

The new Olympic site in Sweden will feature previews created by Spotlight Sports Group. This provides Svenska Spel with “Oddset” betting odds for customers along with expert analysis for player viewingCome from top646casino. The analysis will be provided in an engaging way, easy to read for every bettor.

Plans are to add a full event guide, so visitors to the site can check out all the 2022 Winter Olympics has to offer. A calendar will also be listed on the site, providing betting markets so players can see the daily sporting events and how to wager on each event.

Svenska Spel was named the official sponsor of the Swedish Winter Olympic team and plans to use the microsite so that players can keep up with the team’s progress throughout the games. The project will be completed in Swedish, with native analysis for bettors provided within all sport sectors during the 16 days of the Olympics.

Ready to Work Together

With the new deal, Spotlight Sports Group and Svenska Spel will highlight not only the Swedish team but the full Winter Olympics. James Fitzpatrick, the Spotlight Sports Group account director, commented on the new partnership, stating that the company is delighted to bring Winter Olympics coverage to customers of Svenska Spel.

“The depth of betting editorial means we can provide insight, analysis, and betting angles throughout the games and bring customers beyond the odds. Delivering in Swedish, Svenska Spel can use the microsite to activate their sponsorship of the Swedish Winter Olympics team and create a content destination for their customers.”

Svenska Spel is also happy to be working with Spotlight. Head of sports betting product for Svenska Spel, Dan Korhonen, commented that the localized coverage is important to the project. It’s an exciting time for the company as it works with Spotlight Sports Group.

The Winter Olympics is the perfect opportunity for the company to engage its customers in a new way. There are several events spread throughout two weeks that offer a wide variety of betting options. Svenska Spel feels that the team at Spotlight will be able to bring tech, insight, and editorial knowledge to the project and deliver a localized language product that customers will find exciting.

Since the games start this week, the microsite is already live. Players can sign in to the site and prepare to wager on events by selecting a specific tab of the site or clicking on a country for localized betting.
